How Can Wellness Supports & Services Help Me? Wellness Supports & Services provide direction as you navigate the mental health system. These services can be helpful to you if: - your therapy is decreasing or ending - you want to learn about other mental health services availablie in Ulster County - you want to create a wellness plan before a crisis or relapse occurs - you want to strengthen your relationships at home and in the community
Who Are MHA's Wellness Resource Coordinators? MHA's Wellness Resource Coordinators listen, assess, and explore choices with you in a non-judgmental atmosphere. Jean Tansey, LMSW, Ext. 165 & Jo Griffiths, Ext. 113 provide INdividual Support Planning, offer referrals and linkages in person or over the phone, and facilitate the following groups: - Wellness Self-Management Group - Reflections of Wellness Group - WRAP Group - Women's Issues Group - Depression Support Group

WELLNESS SELF-MANAGEMENTA COPING SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL & SUPPORT GROUP
Wellness Self-Management was developed by the NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) and uses a structured format whereby participants set personal goals and create their own action steps regarding their mental health, wellness and recovery. This FREE group will be offered in three 8-week modules in Ellenville. Registration is required, and participants may register for one, two, or all three modules:
Module 1: Working Towards Optimum Mental Health Runs August 5 - October 7 (Excluding Holidays)
Module 2: Learning About Mental Health Wellness Runs October 14 - December 16 (Excluding Holidays)
Module 3: Creating & Maintaining a Healthy Lifestyle Runs in Spring 2011
