A free 10-week workshop that helps families increase their understanding of and how to cope with the symptoms of a loved one's mental illness. Establish a more positive, less stressful relationship with mentally ill family members and treatment teams.

A free 10-week workshop during which participants examine the relationship of anger to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well being and learn to identify, express and manage anger safely through a variety of techniques. The goal of this workshop series is to assist women in developing a compassionate view towards the role of anger in our lives and how to use anger as a tool for empowerment.
