Introspective Unit of the Clifford Beers Center- Creative Arts

Introspection is looking inward. It is an examination of one's own thoughts, motives, feelings and sensations. Discover yourself through the Introspective Unit which encompasses a variety of interests such as: drawing and painting, creative writing, art appreciation, photography, art therapy, pottery, handbuilding, music and culinary arts.

The Center for Self Development

A psychiatric rehabilitation treatment program providing recovery-based services designed to facilitate the process of self discovery, self renewal and transformation.  The Center offers classes designed to assist individuals in setting rehabilitation goals and acquiring and utilizing the skills necessary to achieve success and satisfaction in life roles in the community. Classes include: Goal Setting; Vocational Decision Making; Managing Stress; Rational Problem Solving; Relationship Skills.
