Diabetes Fatsing Blood Sugar- Under 45 every year, Over 45 every 6 months

 

Influenza Vaccine-Every year

 

Mammogram- Women 40 and older-As directed by your doctor

 

Pap Smear- Women 18-65 every year or as directed by your doctor

 

Pneumonia Vaccine- 65 and older- Every year

 

Prostate Specific Antigen (SPA)- Males 50 and older-Every year

 

Tetanus Vaccine- Every 10 years

Eat Smart & Live Well

The purpose of the FREE Eat Smart & Live Well program of Cornell Cooperative Extension of Ulster County is to help low to moderate income Ulster County residents save money on food, save time preparing nutrious foods, and learn to prepare meals that will help them lead healthy, productive lives.

Kids Diabetes Support Group

Children with diabetes face unique challenges. The need to “fit in” and be “normal” are strong motivators. Getting together with other children facing the same obstacles of insulin and blood glucose management can be helpful. this is an initial meeting to determine if there is a need and interest in creating a child centered support group.
