Free preschool program providing in home services. Education, health, nutrition, family services, 1.5 hour weekly home visit.

Youth Bureau

A state mandated county entity responsible for the planning, coordinating, and supplementing of activities devoted to the well being and protection of all youth in Ulster County. 

Agency: Ulster County

Serves all youth residing in Ulster County up to 21 years old.

Children’s SPOA

Children’s Single Point of Accountability is a process designed to help families access services for their children/adolescents with a serious emotional disturbance or behavioral disorder.

Agency: Ulster County Mental Health Department

Serves children ages 5 - 18 who are at risk of being hospitalized, placed outside of the home and/or who are involved in multiple systems (mental health, special education, DSS, family court etc).

The Youth Booth

An interesting and non-judgmental environment where youth can comfortably approach a caring adult with questions and concerns.
